General

1. How do I check in?

Upon arrival, please proceed to the main entrance. Our butler will be there to welcome you and assist with check-in. All guests must present a valid IC/passport for verification.

2. What are the check-in and check-out times?
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Guest must check in by 11:00PM
3. Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Unfortunately, early check-in and late check-out are not available.

4. What amenities are provided?

Guests will have access to:

  • Kitchen pantry with basic appliances and utensils (no hob/stove)
  • BBQ grill & utensils
  • Large projector screen
  • Bathrooms (3 showers,9 toilet cubicals
  • TV with Karaoke setup
  • PlayStation 5 (FIFA game)
  • Board games 
  • Wi-Fi 
  • Air conditioning
  • Bedlinens, pillows, blankets
  • Wardrobe/storage space
  • Hair dryer
  • Pool table
5. Can I bring extra guests?

Yes, additional guests are permitted, provided they are non-Muslim and 21 years or older. The house can accommodate up to 30 people but sleeps comfortably for 20. All guests will need to register upon check-in.

6. Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

7. Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not permitted on the property.

8. Is parking available?

Yes, onsite parking is available for up to 5 cars. Additional parking is located within a 5-minute walk. We also encourage guests to use Grab for a smoother experience, with our GrabCode <GSCLUBHOUSE>

9. Who should I contact if I encounter any issues during my stay?

BOOKING/REFUND

1. How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made directly through our website. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

2. Can I modify my booking?

Bookings are final and cannot be modified once confirmed.

3. How much is the security deposit?

RM500

4. Why is a security deposit needed?

The deposit covers any potential damages, missing items, or violations of house rules during your stay.

5. When will my security deposit be refunded?

The deposit will be refunded within 3  working days after check-out, once the property has been inspected.

*Please note that Sweetmag Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is the appointed collection partner, and all refund-related matters will be handled by Sweetmag Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd.

6. How will the refund be processed?

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for booking.

7. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before the check-in date. Any cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will result in the forfeit of the security deposit.

PURCHASES

1. What items are available for purchase?

An open pantry is provided with a selection of snacks and Guinness Draught in a can, available for purchase during your stay.

2. How will my purchases be charged?

The next morning, our butler will calculate the total items taken from the pantry and tabulate the amount owed before check-out.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

Only cashless payments are available.

FOOD AND DRINKS

1. Are there any food and drinks provided?

Yes, each guest will receive 3x Guinness Draught-in-a-Can and 1x Guinness Instant noodles, completed with Guinness chips and chocolates.

A BBQ pit is also available should you wish to bring your own ingredients for grilling. Charcoal and fire starters will be provided. 

Alternatively, you’re welcome to order food delivery to the property.

2. Can I bring additional décor for a birthday celebration?

Yes, you may bring your own decorations, but this is subject to prior approval. Please share the list of items with our Guinness Clubhouse Butler at 011-1109 1759 for confirmation.
