Guinness Clubhouse – House Rules

Welcome to the Guinness Clubhouse. To ensure everyone enjoys a safe, fun, and memorable experience, all guests must read and abide by the following rules:

1. Guest Conduct
  • All guests must be non-Muslim who are aged 21 years or older as of the date of booking to enter.
  • All guests will be verified via IC/passport during check-in. Guests who fail to present valid identification matching the list may be denied entry. 
  • Respect the house, the staff, and other guests at all times.
  • Disorderly, aggressive, or offensive behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
2. Alcohol & Responsible Drinking
  • Guinness and other beverages are available at the premises on while stock last basis.
  • Guests are expected to drink responsibly at all times.
  • Strictly no minors or underage drinking is permitted. All guests must be non-Muslim, aged 21 years or older, with valid ID verification at check-in.
  • Any visible signs of intoxication — including but not limited to loss of coordination, slurred speech, aggressive behaviour, or unsafe actions may lead to removal from the premises.
  • Should a guest wish to leave the premises at any time, a breathalyser test will be conducted. Guests acknowledge that the test results may be subject to error and accept full responsibility for their actions and safety after leaving the premises.

3. Safety & Security
  • Follow all safety instructions from staff.
  • Emergency exits and safety equipment must not be tampered with.

The following items are not permitted:

  • Animals of any kind
  • Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials  
  • Firearms or other weapons  
  • Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities  
  • Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts 
  • Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Malaysia 

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items. 

  • Barbecuing or any form of open burning/flame is not permitted inside the house.
  • For security purposes, CCTV cameras are installed in all common areas. These recordings are used solely for safety and operational monitoring.
4. Food & Drinks Service
  • Each booking includes 3x Guinness per guest and Guinness-infused snacks, prepared for up to 30 pax.
  • All complimentary food and beverages must be consumed within the Guinness Clubhouse premises and are not permitted to be taken home.
  • Additional food and beverages may be purchased on-site, subject to availability.
  • Filtered water, barbecue facilities and a chiller are provided for guest use.
  • Guests are welcome to bring their own food; however, all items must be presented for approval during check-in.
  • Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
5. Facilities & Property
  • Treat all furniture, equipment, and décor with care. Guests are liable for any damages caused by negligence or misconduct.
  • Guests are not permitted to move or reposition any furniture, equipment, or décor from its original placement.
  • The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit of RM500. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the Booking Holder authorises the Organiser to charge the outstanding balance directly to the Booking Holder.
  • Smoking, e-cigarettes and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • Decorations are not permitted unless pre-approved by the Organiser. Guests wishing to bring decorations must provide a brief description and list of items in advance for approval. All approved decorations will be inspected during check-in before being brought into the property.
6. Football Viewing & Games
  • Be mindful of others when participating in football games or match viewing.
  • Any games or interactive activities are used at guests’ own risk.
  • The organiser is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or reckless behaviour.
7. Photos & Media
  • By entering, you agree that photos or videos taken during the event/ stay may be used by Sambal Lab Sdn Bhd and Heineken Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. including its affiliates and each of their respective members, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”)  for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Personal photography is allowed but must not disrupt others’ enjoyment.
  • We encourage guests to share their experience by tagging @GuinnessMY and using the hashtag #GuinnessClubhouse. Selected content may be reposted on our official social channels.

8. Check-In / Check-Out
  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

*All guests must check in by 11pm

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Guests must arrive at the agreed booking time and vacate promptly at check-out.
  • Late departures will result in forfeiture of the RM500 security deposit. In cases where the delay causes operational disruption, impacts subsequent bookings, or results in additional costs (e.g., cleaning staff overtime), the Organiser reserves the right to impose further charges beyond the forfeited deposit.
9. Zero Tolerance Policy

We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy. The following will result in immediate removal from the premises, reporting to authorities where applicable, forfeiture of the full security deposit, and a permanent ban from future bookings:

  • Violence, harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity
  • Underage alcohol consumption
  • Damage to property (whether intentional or reckless)
  • Dangerous or unsafe behaviour that threatens guests, staff, or the property

Any property damage that exceeds the RM500 security deposit will be charged in full to the Booking Holder. No refunds will be issued in the event of removal under this policy.

10. General

The Organiser may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

The Organiser may cancel or change reservations if there is suspected fraud, inappropriate behaviour, or an error.
